+Responsibilities:- Review read notate and initial Daily Log to document learn about pertinent information about residents.
- Participate in the development of ISPs monthly updates attend daily Cross Over meetings by lead care manager inform supervisor resident care director if resident has increased care needs inform supervisor of any resident changes in condition respond to security system resident call bells promptly take appropriate action including resetting call bells greet guests family members residents team members answer direct or respond phone calls timely courteous professional manner assist with continence management dispose all continence products properly ensure sanitation of residents suite community restrooms using standard procedures communicate families resource as needed help maintain independence physical safety promote dignity each resident adhering standards Resident Rights Sunrise Principles Service participate or lead activities daily living ADLs Invite Encourage Assist IEA residents participate activities indicated ISP engage life skills other life enrichment activities reminiscence strive understand remain calm difficult situations handle multiple priorities possess written verbal skills effective communication level understanding competent organizational time management skills demonstrates good judgment problem solving decision making skills High School diploma GED accepted required state provincial regulations CPR Certificate First Aid required state provincial regulations must least years age previous experience working seniors preferred desire serve careresidents ability make choices act best interest
