Description
We are looking to welcome the right person to our Sales and Marketing Department.Description:
Responsible for sales, customer service, event coordination, and customer billing.
Essential job functions:
- Organizing and communicating the details of customer orders with team.
- Exceptional customer Service skills
- Assisting customers with pricing, billing, and follow up for customer satisfaction.
- Supporting all customers with information as well as problem solving.
- Follow up on inquiries about the services we provide.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently or with a team.
Education/Training/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year sales and customer service experience.
- Valid Driver's license
- Familiar with word and excel.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
