We are looking to welcome the right person to our Sales and Marketing Department.


Description:

Responsible for sales, customer service, event coordination, and customer billing.


Essential job functions:


  • Organizing and communicating the details of customer orders with team.
  • Exceptional customer Service skills
  • Assisting customers with pricing, billing, and follow up for customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting all customers with information as well as problem solving.
  • Follow up on inquiries about the services we provide.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently or with a team.

Education/Training/Experience:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year sales and customer service experience.
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Familiar with word and excel.
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Pay:
From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
