As Operation Director (m/f/d), you will be responsible for a team of Field Force Management, which provides retail services for our client Samsung Electronics, particularly in the area of consumer electronics.

Field Force Management is a fundamental activity for maximizing the customer experience, brand loyalty, and conversion in the retail environment.

Your main tasks will include being in constant communication with our client, leading the team, developing strategies, and optimizing processes to increase the visibility of campaigns and products, as well as the sales of Samsung products.

As Operation Director (m/f/d), you have excellent strategic and organizational skills to get the Field Force Management up and running and continuously develop it.
