Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting payment transactions and monitoring incoming payments
- Checking incoming invoices and coding
- Providing documents for the tax advisor and archiving
- Handling dunning procedures and debt collection
- Analyzing accounts receivable lists
- Processing and clarifying open items
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Creating statistics and sales reports
- Checking cash registers at various locations
- Processing travel expense reports
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
- At least two years of experience in accounting
- Affinity for numbers and analysis
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Independent, structured, and careful work style
- Enthusiasm for working in a young and dynamic team
