Responsibilities:

B2C contact
Telephone/online presales of products for which the prospect has registered
Service conversations to gather customer feedback on the consultation
Contacting already acquired customers for further sales opportunities
Customer support for inquiries regarding required services

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of sales experience
Excellent German language skills, eloquent and tailored to the customer clientele
Strong rhetoric
Committed and highly motivated work ethic
Willingness to learn
Sales empathy
Highest level of reliability and commitment
