The main tasks, duties, and responsibilities of this position.

Ability to work independently to diagnose issues and identify parts:


  • Diagnose, identify, and repair commercial pedestrian doors:

Work on automatic sliding and swinging doors:


  • Install new belt-driven motors, sensors, and other automatic door parts:
-
Repair and replace door hinges, locks, closers, and panic exit devices on commercial aluminum, steel, and wood doors:


  • Install new automatic sliding and swinging doors:
-
Install hollow metal and other steel doors and frames:


  • Install glass
This position offers a
take home van.

Up to
10% commission available on top of the hourly rate.

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
