Bond/Surety Account Manager
Manage an assigned book of business ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
- Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
- Direct daily activities of the account management team.
- Handle customer service requests policy administration billing claims coverage analysis policy expirations renewals client research prepare submissions negotiate coverages present proposals monitor reports take action on delinquent accounts collect outstanding balances maintain agency management systems carrier vendor platforms data accuracy completeness monitor activity suspense timely completion initiate conduct client calls meetings handle bid bond requests changes to bonds cancellations riders closing new business renewals create distribute client invoicing collect outstanding balances assist facilitation client claims processes as needed develop maintain positive relationships with underwriters seek adopt best practices improve individual team performance communicate workload status issues deliver excellent service anticipate needs respond quickly service requests stay updated company policies procedures manage assigned client relationships initiating conducting client calls meetings handling bid bond requests changes to bonds cancellations riders closing new business renewals demonstrate integrity leadership
