Hewlett Harbor is seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Tool-Based Support Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for the acceptance, analysis, and resolution of disruptions in the PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments.

Your primary focus will be on relocation orders in the telephony and PC areas, while also ensuring compliance with response and troubleshooting times.

You will provide on-site support to central operations as a "long arm" and maintain comprehensive tool-based documentation of processes. Additionally, you will accompany the company in technical environments and assist with central projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have a 3-year vocational training with a focus on IT (e.g. IT systems electronics) or equivalent, as well as at least 3 years of professional experience in IT and telecommunications.

You should also have a good understanding of IT networks, both in terms of function and infrastructure, and experience with ticket systems.

Fluency in German is required, as well as a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
