Description

In order to continue our successful course in the coming years, we are currently looking for a
Head of Purchasing (m/f/d)
for our company headquarters in Braunschweig.

Your responsibilities

Managing and leading a team of 20 employees in the purchasing department
Developing the purchasing team to increase company growth
Conducting analyses of product data and expanding the product range to optimize purchasing activities
Establishing and strengthening technology partnerships in the international market to develop and expand networks
Creating added value for the company through strategic and operational excellence
Promoting innovative and sustainable purchasing practices
Developing and optimizing sales processes based on data and facts

Your qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant leadership experience in managing other leaders
At least 10 years of relevant sales experience
Strong leadership and methodological skills, teamwork and a solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality
Analytical skills for data evaluation and deriving strategic measures
Passion for lifelong learning. Further education is a constant process for us
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
