*What to expect

As an employee at Exeter, you will provide comprehensive advice to the HR department/management of our national and international clients on all labor law matters.
You will review labor law issues and handle cross-border matters at the highest legal level, representing our clients in legal disputes.
You will analyze labor law issues/cases and prepare them as decision-making basis for our management.
The job also includes project-based work during company changes, as well as negotiations with works councils and unions. Additionally, we advise our clients on personnel-specific labor law matters. What you bring
University degree in law (at least first state examination or second state examination when working as an in-house lawyer), ideally with a focus on labor law, or a comparable education with a focus on (labor) law
Minimum of two to three years - preferably more - professional experience in the field of labor law
Ideally, you are a certified specialist in labor law.
Analytical, creative & entrepreneurial thinking as well as assertiveness and persuasiveness
In contact with our clients, you can rely on very good German and English skills
