Training as a Dairy Laboratory Technician* Start:

Laboratory. What lies behind chemical, physical and microbiological analyses? What does proper quality monitoring and assurance look like? You will learn all of this during your training with us. Titration, petri dish or dispenser will no longer be foreign words to you. In addition to your on-the-job training with us in Wasserburg, you will attend vocational school in Triesdorf (Franconia) in block lessons.

Application of different sampling techniques
Conducting chemical, physical and microbiological tests
Evaluation, assessment and documentation of test results
Conducting sensory tests on finished products and quality controls
Compliance with hygiene and environmental regulations, as well as food law regulations
