Your Challenges

  • You advise executives on all relevant occupational safety topics.
  • You conduct safety inspections of company facilities and technical equipment - especially before commissioning - as well as safety consultations for new and renovated buildings.
  • You conduct internal occupational safety trainings and inform employees about current occupational safety topics.
  • You report and analyze near-accidents, accidents, and incidents and develop appropriate measures to prevent them in the future.
  • You provide advice on the creation of risk assessments, the evaluation of working conditions, the design of work and production processes, as well as the creation of operating instructions and training.
  • You conduct workplace inspections, continue the hazardous substance management, support health protection topics, and participate in the occupational safety committee.
  • You communicate with external agencies, such as the employers' liability insurance association and the labor inspectorate, and work closely with the company doctor and works council.

    • Your Expertise

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree, master's degree, technician training, or a comparable education.
  • You have completed additional training as a specialist for occupational safety according to §7 ASiG.
  • You have excellent knowledge of the legal foundations of occupational health and safety.
