For our continued growth, we need motivated young professionals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and help us move the company forward.


Here's what it's all about:

  • During your 3-year apprenticeship at our European headquarters, you will learn about the diverse tasks of office work and real estate management.
  • From location scouting and signing rental agreements to managing rent payments and reviewing utility bills, you will work in all departments and be an integral part of the team.
  • The theoretical content for the IHK exam will be taught to you in block classes at EBZ Bochum.

What you bring to the table:

  • You have completed at least secondary school with a Realschulabschluss (secondary school leaving certificate).
  • You enjoy working with people and numbers.
  • You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You have a strong interest in administration and real estate.
  • You work well in a team, are motivated, organized, communicative, and responsible.

And what you'll get in return:

  • An attractive salary of 1,000 euros gross in the first year, 1,100 euros gross in the second year, and 1,200 euros gross in the third year.
