    Description

    Elevate your engineering career as a Weight and Mass Properties Engineer 3 at CTS International. Based in vibrant Oklahoma City, this pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in the aerospace industry. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and managing complex weight, balance, and mass properties data for a variety of aircraft including military derivatives and commercial models.

    As a key member of our Flight Systems Capability team, you will not only handle traditional weight and balance analyses but also engage in innovative processes for improving vehicle design and performance. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding and executing contract specifications, along with leading team efforts in achieving precise and reliable data.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.

    At least 3 years of experience in weight and mass properties engineering, with a preference for those who have handled large aircraft projects.

    Proficiency in CATIA or similar design tools is essential, with CATIA V5/V6 highly desirable.

    Strong capabilities in generating and analyzing aircraft weight and balance reports.

    Excellent interpersonal and team management skills are crucial for success in this role.
