Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for roofing and waterproofing company including all aspects of project management and communication with project superintendents/foremen as well owners, consultants and other members of management team.
Specific duties include coordinate ordering & delivery of materials for projects, schedule & oversee preconstruction meeting with owners, consultants, and subcontractors, perform weekly job site quality & safety inspections, prepare weekly project reports including pictorial documentation and manage job production & budget.
Commercial roofing & waterproofing experience is a must.Pay:
From $80,000.00 per year
