PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviews and manages Key Performance Indicators, focusing on long term goals to ensure client objectives are consistently achieved.
Develops a strategic plan to improve program performance including Force Management, Training, quality, and staffing.
Efficiently leads multiple teams in a dynamic call center environment.
Coordinates cross-functional activities to strengthen relationships with clients.
Participates in collaborative teams with IT, WFM, Client Services, and other departments.
Identifies improvement opportunities, recommends solutions, and implements process enhancements.
Manages, develops, and evaluates direct reports.
Offers client-centric consulting services related to call center operations.
Delivers client and internal business presentations effectively.

Must Have:

Healthcare background with contact center experience.
Leadership experience in a contact center setting.
Familiarity with managing a team of operators.
Experience overseeing healthcare contact centers.
Consideration for candidates with virtual call center expertise.
