About the Position:


As Vice President of Lab Services at Harris Health, you will be responsible for leading the enterprise to provide service to our patients through adoption of industry leading and transformative best practices.

You will provide strategic direction, vision for a value-based model, and quality services throughout the continuum of care.

This will be accomplished with strong collaborative relationships with key medical, nursing, and executive leaders in the organization and external key stakeholders to provide bold and innovative services that align with Harris Health System's strategic plan.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Master's Degree in related field preferred
  • ASCP BOC Certification
  • Must obtain Texas license within 90 days of employment
  • 15 years of Laboratory experience
  • 10 years of Management/Operations experience at Directorlevel or above
