Job Overview:
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Manage customer accounts and provide product/service information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct sales activities to promote products/services
- Multilingual skills such as Spanish is a plus
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate and manage customer relationships effectively
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
- Sales experience is a bonus
Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
