Job Overview:


Duties:


  • Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage customer accounts and provide product/service information
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Conduct sales activities to promote products/services
  • Multilingual skills such as Spanish is a plus

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to negotiate and manage customer relationships effectively
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
  • Sales experience is a bonus

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
