**Our priority has always been the safety and well-being of our residents and associates. As weve been monitoring the evolving situation of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), this priority has remained paramount; and that is why wed like to share some of the steps Senior Star is taking during this time.**

Server
**The Dining Room Server finds joy in building relationships with the residents and improving their quality of life. This job can be stressful, fast paced, and demanding but it is also very rewarding. The Dining Room Server has a unique ability to truly MAKE THEIR DAY**
A Dining Room Server must have a strong desire to serve the residents as they are tasked with serving the residents and their guests with the highest level of customer service.
A Dining Room Server has the opportunity change the course of a residents day as well as making a huge impact on their happiness.
At Senior Star all associates have a role in the sales process. The Server is uniquely positioned to influence the decision to move in by potential residents and their families. The Server must take pride in the work that they do and be able to speak to why Senior Star is the right community for the potential resident.
