Job Summary

Collections Specialist:

Collections Specialist needed for national law firm located in downtown Philadelphia. The Collector is responsible for assisting in resolving unpaid balances for our firm's clients. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.

We are looking for highly motivated team players who must posses strong organizational skills, exceptional multi-tasking, and problem solving skills.


Responsibilities and Duties
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive. It may be expanded to include other duties as management deems necessary.

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls to debtors
  • Assist walkins with payments and arranging agreements
  • Perform light skip tracing duties using various internetbased providers
  • Manage and follow up on payment agreements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal collection laws

Qualifications and Skills
Experience Required: 1+ to 2 Years
