Description
The Facilities Department is looking for Temporary Event Support Assistants to help with Commencement setup activities. The activities are scheduled during the weekend of May 25 & May 26, 2024.

The work will begin at about 8AM on May 25 and 5AM on May 26 and may consist of up to twelve hours per day.

(Hours may change due to weather)

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Setup and removal of tables, chairs, and tents
  • Other commencement related tasks as needed
This is an on-campus, non-benefit eligible position working May 25-26, 2024.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Must dress appropriately including wearing sturdy shoes or sneakers. Event tshirts and baseball caps will be provided.

Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with event setup.
