The Odenwaldkreis Building and Real Estate Management Agency is responsible for 45 properties, including 200 buildings with a total floor area of m2. In addition to managing these county-owned properties, the agency also oversees leased properties. Of the 60 employees, 14 are architects, engineers, and technicians working in the technical department.
