Job Summary:


The Assistant Clinical Manager RN will support the clinical teams through staff engagement, record review, coaching visits and caseload review.

Will collaborate with Clinical Managers, Education and Quality to insure best practices are used for all patient care.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Coaching Visits.

Documentation Review.

Care Plan Review.

Clinical Support to Staff and Clinical Managers.

Quality Improvement Projects.

Performs all other related duties as required or directed.

Provide Office Coverage for Clinical Managers during PTO.

Other duties may be assigned.


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.

Valid AHA BLS CPR certification required.

Valid RI nurse license.

Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance are required.

3 years of clinical experience in Home Health
