- Assists Customer Care Team in initiating and following up with customers (internal and external) to help resolve problems and answer questions, correspondence, and reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping with the company's We Care philosophy.
- Data entry of customer purchase orders, RMAs, and freight claims.
- Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Process orders take delivery dates and inventory levels into consideration for fulfillment.
- Answer inbound calls.
- Could you perform backup support to the Customer Care Department or other departments as needed?
- Follows up on customer orders to ensure deliveries are met.
- Minimum of 4 years experience required.
- Basic customer service skills.
- Retail and/or food service equipment experience a plus.
- Experience in order entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and follow-up skills.
- Self-starter, motivated with great attention to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust analysis and judgment skills.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Must have experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Epicor ERP system knowledge is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
