The Lebenshilfe Erlangen-Höchstadt supports people with intellectual disabilities in all aspects of life. In the area of housing for adults with intellectual impairments, the focus is on therapeutic support and assistance with self-determined participation. We treat every person with respect and our work is characterized by individuality.

We are currently seeking a Heilpädagoge (m/w/d), Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) or similar professional for our residential group service at Bloomingdale.

This position is available immediately and can be full-time or part-time.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will support and promote residents within the framework of the assigned caregiver system
  • You will plan and organize daily routines, group activities, and leisure activities
  • You will be responsible for individual support planning, documentation, and reporting
  • You will collaborate with external partners
  • You will maintain contact with family members or legal guardians

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training
  • Respectful approach towards people with disabilities
  • Teamwork and reliability
  • Computer skills
  • Driver's license class B
