The Spa Front Desk Attendant is responsible for the reception area of the spa from greeting all guests, answering phones, assisting guests with spa service questions, booking appointments, checking guests in for their services and collecting payment for services performed.


  • Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Accurately book, change, confirm and cancel spa appointments.
  • Answer phones; schedule spa appointments for guests.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operations.
  • Conduct tours of spa for spa clients.
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
  • Responsible for cleaning and stocking of spa and amenities.
  • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff of guests in the spa that require attention.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Calladora Spa Manager.

  • Prior working experience in customer service preferred, but not necessary
  • Basic keyboarding skills necessary


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and/or stand; use hands to finger, hands to feel; and reach with hands and arms.

The employee frequently is required to walk; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The position is indoors; and is exposed to humid and/or cold conditions at times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The staff member will work in a high traffic/high volume business environment and will be required to spend a majority of their time either sitting and/or on their feet.
