- Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
- Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
- Oversees all departments (BD, Creative, HR, IT, Sales, etc), ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership.
- Contribute to development of transformational strategies and guide staff in the implementation and execution of new processes and improvement tools.
- Create and implement new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; for major changes, meet with the entire staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
- Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
- Leads coordination and integration of efforts to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
- Support corporate events as requested.
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred from four-year college or university, degree or concentration in business, finance or related field
- 3-5 Years of agency sales experience preferred
- 2-3 years responsible management of a cohort of teams.
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong managerial and diplomacy skills
- Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite
- Experience in working with diverse populations and possess cultural curiosity and a desire to learn and understand more about people whose backgrounds and perspectives are different from their own
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)

- Able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative requirements

About the Role
We're hiring an experienced operations professional with demonstrated experience providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the mission and critical objectives are fulfilled.
