- Assist in reviewing and analyzing customer diagnostic data using provided software tools.
- Provide basic remote support to customers through designated platforms or communication channels.
- Assist in compiling basic reports for customers on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, advancing sophisticated issues to senior team members as needed.
- Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project statuses.
- Communicate project updates and status in a clear and professional manner to clients.
- Support senior team members during on-site visits to customer locations for software implementation and configuration.
- Learn to apply provided software tools for asset management and deployment tasks.
- Assist in promoting the company's services through various outreach activities.
- High School diploma
- 3+ years' experience as a valve technician, or with a combination of previous service work experience.
- Proficient in valve diagnostics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to communicate optimally.
- Shown customer service, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize with daring timelines with minimal oversight.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Knowledge of and prior experience with Fisher products, manufacturing processes and organization preferred.
- Knowledge of analyzing, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and process related problems is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record to quickly learn proprietary systems.
