Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for thecreation, implementation and maintenance of a standardized requirementsdocumentation and user stories.

Provides direction andguidance to less experienced staff members.
·
Analyzes, makesrecommendations, creates charts, diagrams and graphs to assist in analysis.
·
Simulates or recreatesproblems to resolve operational deficiencies.
·
Recommends procedures andcontrols for problem prevention.
·
Understand user needs andable to articulate requirements through user stories.
·
Develops and maintainsproblem databases.
·
Design systems and trainingprograms.
·
Coordinates installationswith user departments.
·
Leads implementations androllouts.
·
Interfaces with vendorsregarding new product evaluation contract T&Cs and troubleshooting issues.
·
Develops Processes & Proceduresand general standards.
·
Researches new applicationsor technologies.
·
Develops, reviews andapproves technical documentation.
·
Performs resource andcontingency planning with respect to technology applications.
·
Serve as a subject matterexpert as well as a resource and lead to Systems Analysts I, II.
·
Performs troubleshooting inthe form of problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up.
·
Provides tier III supportas needed; performs root cause analysis and develops checklists.
·
Monitors system andapplication performance.
·
Other duties as assigned bymanagement.
Position Requirements:
·
Must be at least 21 yearsof age.
·
Relevant Bachelor's degreeor equivalent combination of education and experience.
·
Must haveat least 7 years of experience gathering system requirements from users andbusiness owners, translating them into detailed requirements documentation,ensuring that business rules are clearly defined through workflow diagrams,business needs are documented and validating that limitations or risks areunderstood.
Ability to adapt to achanging environment and handle multiple priorities.
·
Experience with MS SQLServer is preferred.
·
Experience with Agileproject management tools is preferred.
·
Gaming industry experiencepreferred.
·
Must be a self-starter andwork independently with little guidance.
·
Must have strongorganizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
·
Must have strong customerservice, and interpersonal skills.
·
Excellent collaboration,reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
·
Works with architectsand/or programmers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
·
Proven ability to lead andmentor junior Analysts in requirements gathering and documentation.
·
Must have excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
