Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students in completing homework assignments.
- Plan and facilitate ageappropriate educational activities and games.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Encourage and assist students in developing essential study skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Qualifications:
- A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or childcare with large enrollments is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
- Basic knowledge of child development and educational best practices.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet all state licensing requirements.
