Are you ready to soar to new heights in your career while developing the groundbreaking technologies of tomorrow? We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Connected Aviation Solutions (CAS) Business Unit in Annapolis, MD.
As part of our dynamic Commercial Aviation Solutions team, you'll help us connect aviation stakeholders and airlines with intelligent data services, creating a fully integrated aviation ecosystem.
By joining our Project Management Delivery Team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering key projects within our innovative CAS service portfolio.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Program Management, you'll collaborate closely with our Program Management & Support Team in the Americas region to maintain the highest standards of customer service.
You'll also work with a diverse range of matrix organizations, including Product Line Managers, Sales, Implementation & Engineering, Finance, Customer Success Managers, Legal, and Contracts, ensuring seamless project delivery.
What YOU will do:
- Exude accountability and ownership of the assigned projects to determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for individual projects or initiatives.
- Develop and implement detailed Project Plans and project documentation as required for each project.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all project team members are actively working toward contractual milestones.
- Provide input for costing and resource estimates to the Bids and Proposals team.
- Maintain project documentation in accordance with organizational ISO standards.
- Hold and participate in regular business stakeholder meetings and update on project status to both internal management and customers.
- Coordinate with and agree project resources with the team managers for the delivery of services and projects.
- Occasional travel as needed to support project activities.

Education & Experience:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
Qualifications you must have:
- Working knowledge of a Project Management tool, such as Visio, MS project etc.
- Prior customer/steak holder fronting experience
Skills we value:
- Prior aviation industry experience
- Project Management Certifications, PMP, PMI etc.
