    Overview

    WHO we are seeking:

    CAPTRUST is in search of a Client Management Consultant to collaborate with financial advisors in maintaining institutional client relationships. The ideal candidate must uphold professional and ethical standards, possess strong organization and service-oriented skills, and excel under deadlines.

    Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

    - Provide exceptional service as a valued partner to Financial Advisors, assisting in managing client relationships and business growth
    - Support retention efforts by addressing client inquiries, requests, and service needs
    - Assist in client conversion processes and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
    - Collaborate in developing sales presentations and preparing reports and presentations
    - Build relationships with external partners to facilitate client objectives

    Minimum Qualifications:

    - 6+ years of client services experience in retirement plan services
    - Knowledge of retirement plans and proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite

    Desired Qualifications/Skills:

    - Understanding of ERISA guidelines and investment perspectives
    - Experience with financial advisors and investment management

    Work Locations:

    We are hiring at multiple office locations including Chicago, Raleigh, and Warren. This is not a remote position.
