Join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), where you'll be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities and nurturing partnerships that lead to success.

You'll embark on a journey filled with dynamic outreach, strategic networking, and pivotal decision-making.


As an SDR, your role is all about making connections, understanding client needs, and showcasing how our solutions can make a difference.

You'll be the driving force behind setting appointments, uncovering opportunities, and guiding decision-makers toward the right solutions that align with their goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with inbound leads, qualify them, and drive them toward further engagement
  • Utilize social selling techniques to connect with potential clients and shine a spotlight on our services
  • Explore both inside and outside prospecting avenues to expand our client base and reach new horizons
  • Be a networking champion by attending events, fostering valuable connections, and nurturing referral partnerships
  • Master the art of followup strategies to upsell to existing clients and cultivate lasting partnerships
  • Set an ambitious goal of 1015 appointments per week to introduce services and tailor solutions to client needs
  • Update the CRM in real time to ensure accurate data and pipeline management
- participate in brand marketing, communications, and sales campaigns to maximize total brand awareness, attention, and market interest.
- meet or exceed all SDR minimum standards of performance and activity requirements (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly)
- build a personal brand on professional social platforms to influence engagement with the GSD, TTSG, and 20Twenty Design brands.
- execute strategies and techniques to attract attention, stay front of mind, and influence ongoing new logo acquisition.


Essential Requirements:


  • 05 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a gogetter attitude
  • Proactive, driven, and ready to embrace challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effortlessly
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus

Reporting Structure:


You'll report to a seasoned senior sales executive who will guide, mentor, and train you to unlock your full potential and prepare you for the next step as an Account Executive.

Together, you'll work towards seamlessly converting leads into successful partnerships and achieving deal closures that drive growth.
