Coordinator at the Examination and Seminar Center

WHAT TO EXPECT:


  • Active advice and support for parttime students on site, by phone, or via email
  • Organization and implementation of events (e.g. enrollment and graduation ceremonies) and optional offers for students
  • Support and representation of the academic management at the examination and seminar center
  • Close cooperation and interface with Academica, other departments, and internal university departments
  • Support in exam preparation and implementation at the examination and seminar center
  • Support in lecturer deployment and scheduling
  • General administrative tasks

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • Completed (university) degree, ideally with first professional experience in education and/or customer service
  • Communicative, empath
