Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the global engineering team, implementing best practices, reviewing code standards, and ensuring a high degree of technical competence.
- Effectively collaborate with product owners and QA specialists to develop best-in-class, robust, and scalable solutions.
- Oversee the development, improvement, and maintenance of our PHP-based loan origination system.
- Spearhead the transition of our legacy system to a cloud-based platform using technologies like AWS or Azure.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand system requirements, and ensure the implementation of suitable technical solutions.
- Present regular reports to the VP of Technology about project progress, challenges, and suggest strategies for improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
