We have an immediate need for a well-organized, enthusiastic individual with a knack for customer service to join our prestigious, award winning property management team as a
Leasing Administrator at our luxury apartment community,
Quarry Place, Tuckahoe, NY.

Responsibilities include answering the phone and greeting prospective residents.

Assist in office work which will include but is not limited to scheduling tours, answering limited pricing questions, sending out broker pricing, ensuring the office is always fully stocked with marketing materials, move in packets, move in gifts, refreshments, processing move outs and scanning/uploading documents.

Additional responsibilities include handling general residential correspondence including, but not limited to, basic resident inquiries, resident requests, and updating resident profiles with required documentation.

The skills/experience essential to the success of this position include, but are not limited to:

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Strong customer service orientation
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and time management skills
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous residential leasing experience & familiarity with Fair Housing regulations/guidelines preferred
Must have reliable transportation and be on time to work daily, commute to all properties, and offsite company trainings if required

Compensation:
$45,000
