Your responsibilities with us:

Booking appointments for conference rooms
Preparing and setting up conference rooms
Opening and closing rooms
Responsible for the telephone switchboard and communication with departments
Organizational and administrative tasks, such as parking organization, ordering materials and catering, etc.

You will support the team in a high-end facility that is centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation in Düsseldorf-Derendorf.

What we are looking for:
