Elite Sports Clubs, the leading destination for health, wellness, and fitness in the Milwaukee area, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tennis Professional to join our team.

As a Tennis Pro, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tennis instruction and programming to our members of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

Provide private and group tennis lessons to members of all ages and skill levels, focusing on technique, strategy, and game improvement.
Develop and implement engaging and innovative tennis clinics, camps, and programs for adults and juniors.
Organize and supervise tennis leagues, tournaments, and social events to promote member engagement and communitybuilding.
Maintain tennis courts and equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and sportsmanship among players.
Assist in promoting tennis programs and events through marketing efforts and outreach to members.
Collaborate with other tennis staff and department directors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications:

USPTA or PTR certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tennis instructor or coach, preferably in a club or recreational setting.
Strong playing ability and comprehensive knowledge of tennis technique, strategy, and rules.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with members of all ages and backgrounds.
Proven track record of organizing and leading successful tennis programs and events.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate member schedules and programming needs.
Passion for tennis and a commitment to promoting the sport as a lifelong activity for health and wellness.
