- Average starting pay ranges from $16-17 per hour and may increase based on experience.

- Strengthen community relationships by displaying cooperation and professionalism towards residents, families, colleagues, medical staff, pharmacies, and other relevant individuals.
- Support team dynamics by being adaptable in tasks, offering assistance, showing initiative, and acknowledging how your role complements others within the community.
- Maintain an appropriate work pace based on workload, perform tasks on time, attend work regularly, and be punctual.
- Provide aid or reminders for daily living activities such as grooming, oral care, bathing, dressing, and transferring as necessary.
- Assist with resident's personal belongings and environment including clothing, linens, and personal items.
- Handle lifting or transferring of residents when needed.
- Participate in meal preparation, serving residents, and other dining-related tasks; report any changes in residents' eating habits to supervisors.
- Conduct scheduled rounds every two hours as outlined in residents' care plans or as situations demand.
- Document and communicate any changes in residents' conditions to supervisors, including daily living capabilities, skin conditions, bruises, etc.
- Follow approved charting guidelines to document essential information in resident charts.
- Immediately report any incidents or accidents involving residents to the appropriate authority and document all relevant details.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized environment by performing regular housekeeping tasks for residents, including laundry, bedroom cleaning, dining areas, living spaces, bathrooms, and kitchens.
- Successful completion of an FBI and DOJ background check is required.
- Must have received or be willing to obtain COVID Vaccinations.
