- Starting at an average of $16-17/hr or higher based on experience.
- Supporting the organization's mission, vision, and culture through positive communication and leadership.
- Cultivating strong relationships within the community by displaying collaboration and professionalism with residents, families, colleagues, medical professionals, and other external parties.
- Contributing to team dynamics by being adaptable in tasks, offering assistance, showing initiative, and understanding the interconnectedness of different roles within the community.
- Maintaining an appropriate work pace, completing tasks on time, and demonstrating regular attendance and punctuality.
- Providing aid with daily activities such as grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, transferring, and more as required.
- Assisting with resident's personal needs like clothing, bedding, and personal items.
- Performing lifts and transfers for residents when necessary.
- Helping with meal preparation, serving residents, and other dining-related tasks; monitoring and reporting changes in residents' eating habits.
- Conducting regular rounds as per residents' service plans or as needed.
- Documenting and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to supervisors.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment through regular housekeeping tasks.
- Following proper procedures during emergencies and promptly responding to resident requests for assistance.
- Adhering to medication administration protocols and assisting residents with their medications as needed.
- Assisting supervisors with administrative duties.
- Being the primary communication point between shifts for supervisors, medical staff, and families.
- Stocking medical and office supplies daily.
- Following up on bath schedules and vital signs.
- Checking residents' files for required signatures daily.
- Assuming additional responsibilities related to medication administration.
- Must successfully pass an FBI and DOJ background check.
- Must have or be willing to obtain COVID Vaccinations.
