At Berry College, we are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team at RIGOL as an E-Commerce Sales Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling orders from various E-Commerce platforms, such as Amazon and our official RIGOL online store.

You will also analyze market trends and customer needs, prepare sales materials, and maintain good customer relations to complete sales tasks.

Other responsibilities include providing customer support, visiting and training customers, and attending relevant marketing events in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in electronic or communication engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in operating Amazon and other E-Commerce sales platforms.

Proficiency in office software, ERP or SAP, and CRM systems is also required. Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is necessary, and knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
