- The New Supervisor Training Program spans 6 months.
- Completion of the New Supervisor Training Program is mandatory.
- Assisting in obtaining quotes from vendors through phone, email, and websites.
- Maintaining quote logs accurately
- Supporting the external service team
- Effective customer and employee interaction while upholding professionalism
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and time management skills
- Sourcing and procuring parts for service calls
- Generating and monitoring open order reports
- Establishing and managing the fleet maintenance schedule and tracking system
- Overseeing PM and inspection program
- Keeping records of the safety program
- Coordinating sales and operations meetings
- Passing a background check and drug screening is essential.
- Hold a valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Preferably a college degree in business, marketing, technology, engineering, operations, or organizational leadership
- Previous experience in a similar role (1-2 years preferred)
