As a Controller Business Center COO (M/F/d) in Amoret, MO, you will be the main point of contact for all controlling-related matters within the Chief Operating Office (COO) area.

You will also have the opportunity to support senior management in cross-departmental projects and gain exposure to various areas of the company, making this role a great steppingstone for future growth.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all controlling and finance matters within the Business Center COO functions
  • Independently and systematically reporting on the cost centers of the Business Center COO department, in accordance with internal and external guidelines
  • Forecasting and budget planning for the cost centers, as well as reviewing their performance
  • Coordinating with cost center managers
  • Reporting and tracking in relevant systems
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial statements
  • Analyzing and commenting on any deviations from expected results
  • Ensuring proper invoicing of costs from subsidiaries to the department
  • Maintaining the personnel management software
  • Serving as the commercial contact for department management, particularly for investment and salesrelated projects
  • Assisting the department head and senior management with adhoc analyses and strategic projects
  • Participating in the development of the reporting system through project work

Profile:


  • Completed university degree in economics, industrial engineering, mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on controlling or finance
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in controlling
