Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) Technical Service:

Your responsibilities include:


  • Support of our national and international customers in technical service
  • Consultation of customers on technical questions (1st level support)
  • Preparation of offers and processing of orders in compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations
  • Close cooperation with other departments such as customer service, sales, and accounting
  • Preparation and processing of invoices and contracts, as well as maintenance of master data in the ERP system

You bring the following qualifications:


  • Completed training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding, wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable field
  • Expertise in dealing with customs formalities and documents
  • Proficient in MS Office and some experience with an ERP program
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and good English skills
  • Independent and customeroriented work style, and enjoy working autonomously
