Horizontal Directional Driller/Locator, Fiber Optic Construction
We are currently seeking individuals with Fiber Optic Directional Drilling and/or Locator experience in Mesa, AZ and other project sites throughout Arizona

Responsibilities:
Leading your drill crew to successfully complete underground construction for installation of fiber optic infrastructure.

This will include coordinating drilling line for proper locating by hydro-vac crews and achieving daily drilling footage goals working well while working well with other team members.

Coordinating drilling line for prep work by vac crew
Directional drilling across conflicts while avoiding and line strikes
Being a leader to crew
Complete associated paperwork and record each work order by the end of each business day to ensure all details of the work order are accounted for
Ability to understand and identify quality issues such that they can be addressed before closing out the work

Requirements:

Required: Directional Drilling and/or Locating Experience in Fiber Optic Construction
Willingness to learn and desire to advance within company
Must be willing to travel throughout Texas during work week
Pass background check
Clean driving record and a valid Driver's License (must be able to pass MVR)
General ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment
Exceptional time management skills for daily task execution
Quality conscious with a strong work ethic
Customer service focused and teamoriented
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, field supervisors and dispatch center
Ability to work comfortably outdoors while performing manual labor
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
