Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties.
The Property Manager will be responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance
- Screen potential tenants and conduct background checks
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including LIHTC and Section 8 requirements
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of all propertyrelated activities, including leases, inspections, and maintenance requests
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information and financial records
- Assist with real estate administrative tasks as needed
- Provide legal administrative support related to property management activities
- Utilize sales skills to effectively market available properties
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants and prospective tenants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively handle lease agreements and contracts
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is beneficial
- Proficient in file management and data entry tasks
- Experience in real estate administrative or legal administrative roles is advantageous
- Exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with tenants and prospective tenants
Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 80 per week
