Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and analyzing financial statements
Proactively identifying credit issues or challenges in the underwriting process
Assigning risk ratings to each customer
Communicating a credit decision to the Sales team via Leasewave (internal system)
Maintaining customer information in Leasewave and in Credit files
Working closely with various departments including Legal, Lease Administration and Syndications.
Monitoring bond ratings on existing customers
Assisting the Credit group in various other functions

Qualifications / Education:

Prior leasing or banking experience preferred
5+ years in a Credit Analyst role or equivalent
BA in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; critical decisionmaking skills and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information
Familiar with pulling D&B's and interpreting this information
Familiar with review and spreading of financials statements and completing credit writeups
Strong time management and organizational skills
Able to respond to requests quickly and efficiently
Ability to multitask and work in a teamoriented environment
Able to thrive under pressure in a fastpaced environment while being detail oriented
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
