    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The employee has primary accountability to:

    • Afternoon carpool responsibility
    • Clean/trash pick-up Upper School Library; Jefferson Building hall, conference room and all offices; copy center; and Auto Paint office.
    • Primary runner for afternoon post office trips.
    • Work orders as assigned.
    • Monitor activities of night time cleaning crew and secure campus at the end of cleaning activities.

    The employee has shared accountability to:

    • Evening set-ups and break downs.
    • Alarm response on call to check for violations, monitor area with security guard, check that all windows and doors are locked.

    The employee assists others who:

    • Assist with large set-ups and/or breakdowns

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS

    • The employee must be able to work alone without supervision.
    • The employee must have good verbal communication skills.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Unusual Physical Demands

    • The employee must be capable of lifting 50 lbs alone and assist with heavier lifts.
    • This job requires that the employee be able to work outside in various temperatures.

    • Work well with others.
    • Perform all assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner.
