Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Transport, track and maintain inventory; update and maintain status of hardware, equipment, installation kits, and tools
Perform logistics database management functions to include data entry of inventory information in government tracking system
Implements logistics plans, databases, and support files to support the fielding of new complex information systems and/or major modifications.
Implements logistics discipline, including the gathering and analysis of information on complex product plans and project objectives, providing tracking and status reports, and providing support for ensuring distribution and delivery commitments.
Prepare and package equipment for shipment to include generating property transfer paperwork
Ensure equipment calibration certifications are maintained and provide recommended corrective actions.
Prepare equipment for transport and disposal / demil.
Organize storage areas for efficiency including installing shelves and recommend improvements.
Utilize forklift and crane for moving equipment.
Prepares logistics support documentation and source data, such as logistics operational management/user documents, integrated logistics support plans, user logistics support summaries, postproduction support plans, and logistics implementation plans.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field
Must have valid crane training and certification
Must have the ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Government Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous military background
Active Secret clearance

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $23.00$28.00
