SUMMARY
Sells/leases new and used vehicles at dealership while maintaining gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
• Writes complete sales orders and processes all paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
• Utilizes dealership sales control and followup systems.
• Participates in Manufacturer and dealership training programs, achieving and maintaining certification levels as directed by management.
• Keeps uptodate on new products and services within the industry.
• Maintains an owner followup system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintains a professional appearance and great attitude.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• State Sales License
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be insurable by Company standards

PAY PLAN & BENEFITS

• Commission and hourly structure
• Monthly bonus structure

Job Types:
Full-time, Commission


Pay:
$80, $200,000.00 per year
